your school spirit and order this limited edition t-shirt or sweatshirt custom
made for our school. For a very limited
time you can order a white 100% pre-shrunk short or long sleeves cotton crew
neck t-shirt or a light gray cotton blend pullover hooded sweatshirt, which is
priced at cost.
Please turn your order form in by January 18th.
A
minimum of 100 is needed to place an order.
If we do not meet the minimum requirement, your payment will be returned
to you. Please make checks payable to
the West Portal Parents Club. Your
order will be delivered to your child’s class.
This order form only shows black & white. The actual design will have bright primary
colors. The t-shirt is on display in the
main office and flyers will be posted around the school to show the colorful
design. You can also check http://westportalschool.com to view the
colorful version. If you have any
